Demi Moore has been like a heat-seeking missile ... squarely aimed at the bank of Ashton Kutcher ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.
Our sources say Demi -- who ironically is richer than Ashton -- has demanded spousal support from Ashton. It's particularly surprising because we're told Demi recently got around $15 million belatedly from ex-hubby Bruce Willis in connection with their divorce. If the case doesn't settle it's virtually certain a judge would reject Demi's spousal support claim.
Sources say Demi wants Ashton to help pay for the renovations to her New York apartment ... something he's unwilling to do. BTW ... we're told the apartment (in the ritzy San Remo building) is worth somewhere between $25 mil and $40 mil!
There are other sticking points. We're told Demi is upset because Ashton got involved in an online business and she feels entitled to part of it. Problem is ... he got involved AFTER they split, so it's almost certainly his separate property.
Our sources say Ashton is willing to give Demi something to end the battle ... the question is how much? Demi scored big in her divorce from Bruce Willis -- getting a reported $90 million. Her net worth is estimated at $150 million. Ashton's reportedly $10 million behind her.
In the end, our sources say Demi is backing off a bunch of her demands and the case could settle as early as next month.

Hugh Hefner really loves his 27-year-old Playmate wife Crystal Harris ... we're told he's created an intricate plan to set her up in a multi-million dollar estate, where no one in his world can displace her once he dies ... but there is one hitch.Hef plunked down $5 million last month for a 5,900-square-foot Hollywood Hills mansion, which is held in trust for the 2 of them. Short story -- Crystal owns the house with him.
Playboy sources tell us ... the couple is happily living at the Playboy Mansion, and they have no plans to move. So why, you ask, did they buy the Hollywood Hills home? Fact is ... Hef is a renter! He doesn't own the Playboy Mansion ... it's owned by Playboy Enterprises.
We're told the 87-year-old perennial player wants to make sure Crystal has a roof over her head when he's gone, and the Hollywood Hills estate fits the bill.
As for the one hitch -- it's if they get unhitched. Then Hef will either give her the house, buy her out, or fight it out in court.
BTW ... the house has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, an infinity pool and sick views -- perfect for a young widow.

The Power Rangers reunion gets less mighty by the day ... now it's the BLACK Power Ranger who says he won't go-go ... in part out of respect for the Blue Ranger's beef with producers.As TMZ previously reported ... Blue Power Ranger David Yost declined an invitation to reunite the original cast, saying the producers harassed him for being gay when he was on the show from 1993-1996.
Now original Black Power Ranger Walter Jones tells TMZ he was treated pretty badly, too ... and he's following his friend's lead.
"I'm very sorry to disappoint the fans as I would have loved to be a part of it," Jones tells TMZ. "David, who I still keep in touch with regularly, is a very great guy and it would have been fun to work together again on something we helped originate."
But sources close to the situation tell TMZ the alleged abuse isn't the only factor ... that both Yost and Jones are holding out in part because the show isn't offering enough money to make up for the way producers treated them.
For those keeping score at home, the reunion of the original cast is dwindling fast ...
Green Ranger: IN ... Jason David Frank ... aspiring MMA fighter confirmed he'll attend.
Red Ranger: MAYBE? ... Austin St. John ... went on to be an EMT/firefighter in WDC.
Pink Ranger: MAYBE? ... Amy Jo Johnson ... still a working actress.
Blue Ranger: OUT ... David Yost ... says producers were homophobic bullies.
Black Ranger: OUT ... Walter Jones ... says he was abused ... and is supporting Yost.
Yellow Ranger: OUT ... Thuy Trang ... died in a car accident in 2001.

Diddy caused a big commotion outside the most swanky place in L.A. today ... well, it was actually Diddy's car that triggered a guns-drawn response by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies.
We've learned Diddy had just been dropped off at the Soho House ... an ultra-exclusive, private club in West Hollywood. Diddy's bodyguard and another person drove Diddy's $500,000 Maybach away from Soho, but they didn't get far.
We're told someone called 911 and said someone inside the Maybach had a gun. At least 9 squad cars roared to the scene. Cops pulled their guns and ordered the occupants of the Maybach out of the car and made them lie prone on the ground, until they discovered there weren't any guns.
The street was closed down temporarily until deputies gave the all-clear.

Over Unscripted Crotch Thrust on Lady Announcer

TNA wrestler Austin Aries was hit with a "severe fine" by the organization this week after he went off the script during a recent live event and shoved his man bits into a female announcer's face, TMZ has learned.
The unscripted crotch-thrusting went down earlier this month on "Impact Wresting" ... when Aries became upset at announcer Christy Hemme for calling him the wrong name during his ring intro.
Hemme was clearly upset during the junk attack ... and afterward, she even tweeted about the incident ... calling it "unacceptable."
But sources tell us ... Aries -- real name Daniel Solwold, Jr. -- reached out to Hemme and privately apologized, acknowledging he crossed the line.
TNA also came down hard on Aries and slapped the wrestler with a fine -- it's unclear how much cash Aries will have to fork over.
As for Hemme, we're told she has spoken with TNA officials and told them she was "satisfied" with Aries' apology.
Wrestling ... it just got REAL, SON!!

DJ Yella -- one of the founding members of N.W.A -- will not be reaching back like a pimp and smacking the person who greenlit the Eazy-E hologram ... 'cause he thinks it's pretty damn cool. TMZ spoke with Yella -- who also produced Eazy's first solo album -- and the guy tells us he thinks it's GREAT that his deceased friend will come back to life (via hologram) to perform at the Rock the Bells hip-hop festival in September.
"It's cool that a younger generation will get to experience [Eazy's] music," Yella says.
Yella tells us he's "most likely" going to attend one of the shows ... and REEAALLLY hopes the hologram performs "Boyz-n-the-Hood" and "Foe tha Love of $," alongside Bone Thugs.
The 45-year-old rap pioneer says ... he feels the hologram is a "pretty nice tribute" to both Eazy and N.W.A ... but says he was kinda hoping the group would score an even bigger honor.
"We should have been in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year," Yella says ... "But this is cool too."

Cops -- Rape Accuser's Story
'Crazy', 'Unbelievable'

NBA star Nick Young is being sued by a woman who claims he raped her, but law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... when she went to cops with the allegations, they dismissed them as bogus.
As we previously reported, the woman claims Nick -- a member of the Philadelphia 76ers -- slipped a date rape drug into her drink at a Hollywood bar in 2011, took her to his home and raped her vaginally and anally.
She's filed a civil lawsuit, but now we're learning shortly after the alleged incident, she went to LAPD cops who dismissed her claim because her story didn't make sense. What's more ... law enforcement says at the time she went to cops, she was already talking about a lawsuit, and that made them even more suspicious.
We're told the woman subsequently made financial demands on Nick -- to either pay up or face a lawsuit.

Takes the Stand --
My Ex-Lawyer Screwed Me

O.J. Simpson took the stand today in his bid for a new trial, begging the judge to give him a second shot in the 2007 armed robbery case that landed him in prison ... because he believes his old lawyer Yale Galanter screwed him over.
O.J. is currently serving a 33-year prison sentence after being convicted of armed robbery and a bunch of other charges stemming from the September 13th, 2007 incident ... when he stormed into a Vegas hotel room, flanked by several men, and robbed a bunch of sports memorabilia from two collectors. He believes the items in question had been stolen from him.
O.J. has claimed Galanter knew about his plan to retrieve the memorabilia from the 2 memorabilia collectors ... and advised O.J. not to take the stand in his defense so he wouldn't name Galanter as a witness.
During his testimony today, a relaxed-looking O.J. explained that Galanter also failed to keep him informed about a plea deal that would have gotten him out of prison in a few years ... rather than 33.
Had he known he stood a chance of being convicted, O.J. said he would have insisted on testifying ... and definitely would have taken the plea deal if he knew about it. But O.J. said Galanter repeatedly assured him he would never be convicted.
As for the incident itself -- O.J. admitted he'd been drinking beforehand ... but he wasn't "fall-down" drunk. He also said he had no knowledge that a gun was used in any way during the incident.
O.J. said he believed he was legally entitled to do what he did at the time because he didn't do anything his lawyer told him not to do -- i.e. breaking in, or using force.
To prove Galanter was aware of the plan to retrieve the items from the hotel room, O.J. said Galanter had specifically requested one of the items for himself ... an old suit.
And there's this ... O.J. said Galanter only showed him a portion of the audio recorded during the hotel incident, the same audio TMZ posted back in 2007.
Simpson was famously grilled on the stand in the 1996 civil trial when he was found liable for killing Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman -- but he's never spoken under oath in a criminal case. This was a first.
